Moreno HVAC Services is completing a five-phase replacement of five 800-ton chillers at Southeast Financial Center. Currently in Phase 3, the project includes crane installation to the 15th-floor mechanical room, replacement pumps, flanges, gauges, hardware, and approximately 30–40 feet per line of 8-inch Schedule 80 chilled-water piping and 12-inch Schedule 40 condenser-water piping.
